This Policy complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and applicable federal and state privacy laws. It is part of our .

Sensitive Personal Information

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your personal information. We have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve months and have no intention of doing so.

We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Summary: We retain data only as long as necessary for its purpose. Account information is kept for account duration plus 3 years. Log data is kept 12-24 months. Analytics data is anonymized. You can request deletion at any time.

We protect your information with encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, access controls, regular security assessments, employee training, and incident response procedures.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and reporting any suspected unauthorized access.


9. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a breach involving your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with California Civil Code § 1798.82:

  • Description of the incident, information involved, steps we're taking, steps you can take, and contact information
  • Notification via email, Platform posting, or direct written notice as applicable

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact [email protected] immediately and we will promptly investigate and delete any such information.
